Configuring MFA denial alerting

Noticed today if you deny a Microsoft MFA request and click “report” – the notification doesn’t go to your normal alerting channel. The user gets a “Error Code: 500121” request denied and told the admins are notified but.. unless you configure it here; they just get blocked and nobody is told.

The user shows up in blocked users here.
